Requests and orders

Submitting a request does not create a payment obligation. We review each request and confirm scope, timing and price before production. Production begins once the confirmed invoice is paid.

Packages

Essential — $500 for 1 Cinematic Property Film. Premium — $2,250 for 5 Cinematic Property Films. Signature — $4,000 for 10 Cinematic Property Films. One-time prices in USD; no recurring billing. Each film is up to 30 seconds with vertical and horizontal deliverables, AI-assisted simulated virtual camera movement, licensed background music for agreed use and one revision per film. No on-site or real drone filming.

Revisions

One revision is included with each film, subject to the agreed production scope.

Photo rights

You confirm that you own or are authorized to use all photographs you provide and to commission films of the property for marketing.

Property accuracy

Films preserve the actual layout, architecture, windows, furniture and amenities shown in your photographs. We do not add features that do not exist. Virtual movement depends on reference quality and coverage; perfect architectural continuity cannot be guaranteed. You confirm your photos accurately represent the property.
